The City of Gulf Breeze is a coastal community with many ideal fishing sites both within Pensacola Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. The City has been the recipient of numerous awards for their outstanding Police Department, Fire Department and Youth Sports Associations.
The Elementary, Middle and High Schools are located within a 1/4 mile of our property. Each have received top rated 'Excellence' awards from the Florida School system.
An additional bonus is being home to the World Famous "Blue Angels" They provide us with the first annual tour show and end with a homecoming show, plus; it is not unusual to view their practice sessions during the weekdays. Or ... you can see them up close and personal while visiting the acclaimed Naval Air Museum.

Need medical attention? Gulf Breeze Baptist Hospital is three minutes away and has been listed nationally in the top five medical centers for patient services for numerous years. It adjoins the Andrews Institute - a nationally recognized Orthopedic and sports rehabilitation center.
